worthy pause

a place to build the self-trust to live more courageously as yourself

Dear Brave Woman,

You are here to do something important.

You may be here to lead, teach, create, inspire, heal, encourage, support, champion, love—or some beautiful combination of all of it.

Maybe your contribution lives in your family or community. Maybe it’s in your work or business. Maybe it reaches far beyond what you can see right now.

But somewhere inside you, you know:

There is more in you.

More you want to say.
More you want to create.
More you want to risk.
More you want to become.

And yet…

You hold back.

You second-guess yourself.

You underestimate what you’re capable of.

You wait until you feel more confident before you take the leap.

You give your energy to everyone else and put yourself at the bottom of the list.

You know how to be strong. You know how to get things done. You know how to show up for the people you love.

But how often do you stop and ask yourself:

What do I want?

What do I need?

What matters to me?

What would I do if I truly trusted myself?

Because being strong enough to carry everything is not the same thing as being deeply connected to yourself.

And when you lose that connection, something important gets lost too.

You.

Your voice.
Your desires.
Your boundaries.
Your pleasure.
Your courage.
Your willingness to take up space and let yourself be fully seen.

This is why I believe a wholehearted connection with yourself is not self-indulgence.

It is a responsibility.

Because the world doesn't need a smaller, more palatable, more self-doubting version of you.

It needs you—fully engaged, fully alive, and willing to bring what you have to offer.

That doesn't mean becoming fearless—it means learning how to move with fear.

It doesn't mean eliminating your inner critic—it means learning not to let her lead.

It doesn't mean waiting until you finally feel confident enough—it means learning to trust yourself enough to act before you feel completely ready.

And you don't have to do that alone. I’m inviting you into Worthy Pause.

Worthy Pause is a circle for brave women who know they are meant to contribute something meaningful—and are ready to stop holding themselves back from it.

Together, we will create a space where you can slow down, turn inward, tell the truth about what you want and what holds you back, and practice showing up for yourself with the same devotion you so naturally offer everyone else.

We’ll explore:

  • the inner critic and how to loosen its grip

  • self-compassion and self-trust

  • authenticity and what it means to live from your own values

  • fear and how to move forward without waiting for it to disappear

  • pleasure, desire, and allowing yourself to want what you want

  • vision and taking meaningful action

  • boundaries and communicating what is true for you

And we won’t just talk about these things.

We’ll use embodied practices to help you experience them—to deepen your relationship with yourself and bring what you discover into your actual life.

We’ll inspire one another.

Encourage one another.

Challenge one another.

Support one another.

And remind each other, again and again, of what we sometimes forget on our own:

You are worthy of your own attention.

Your desires matter.

Your voice matters.

Your contribution matters.

And you do not have to make yourself smaller in order to belong.

We’ll meet in my lovely apartment for five Sunday afternoons from 1 to 4PM:

September 20 | October 4 | October 18 | November 1 | November 15

Everything is provided — your space in the circle, printed materials, guided audio meditations, and a private Marco Polo group so you're heard and supported between circles, not just during them.

This circle is small and intimate by design. It's not for everyone. It's for the woman who is done playing small and ready to live more courageously from who they actually are.

What might become possible in your life if you stopped waiting to feel worthy, confident, or ready—and started acting from the belief that you already are?

If something in you is saying, Yes. It’s time.

Listen to that.

Come as you are.

Bring your questions, your fears, your ambition, your uncertainty, your brilliance, your longing.

And come ready to take yourself seriously.

The world is waiting for what you have to give.

But first, you have to be willing to give it to yourself.

With courage and love,
Stephannie
