I used to feel perpetually stuck.
I overworked, distracted myself, numbed out, put off dreams, couldn't focus, had chronic digestive issues, constantly second-guessed myself, and pulled out all of my eyebrows and eyelashes.
Discovering how to choose and stay on the path of transformation has fueled 25 years of massive and continual growth.
I've studied and personally applied insights and practices from personal development, yoga therapy, positive physiology, neuroplasticity, and the science of habits.
I've used everything I've learned to successfully overcome anxiety and depression, get sober from alcohol and misuse of cannabis, navigate coming out as a gay woman in my mid-40s, leaving my husband of 20 years, and co-parenting teenagers, being an entrepreneur since 2010, and more.
And throughout the years, I've been invited to share my journey and teach what I know at these prestigious institutions:

OUR STARTING TO DO LIST:
1. CLARIFY YOUR TRUE DESIRES.
If you don't know what you really want, you can't have it. Craft the best-case scenario for up to 12 areas of life. It'll feel optimistic and energizing.
2. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR REALITY.
You need to know why you don't have what you want. Assess where you are right now with compassion and wholehearted reverence for your path so far—it shows the way forward.
3. DETERMINE YOUR PRIORITY.
It's a lot. You can't do it all right now. But you can reflect on your now and your dreams, and figure out where to focus right now for the most impact. What if it eliminates the rest?
4. BUILD YOUR FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS.
What do you need to be able to think, feel, or do or not think, feel, or do to pursue your dreams? Build these skills: manage your mind and hold yourself accountable.
5. GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY.
Obstacles will arise from within you. Embrace them, one at a time, with compassion and patience so they can be catalysts for your growth. Or face them again. And again. Forever.
6. REFLECT ON YOUR UPWARD SPIRAL.
