 I used to feel perpetually stuck.Â
I overworked, distracted myself, numbed out, put off dreams, couldn't focus, had chronic digestive issues, constantly second-guessed myself, and pulled out all of my eyebrows and eyelashes.
 Discovering how to choose and stay on the path of transformation has fueled 25 years of massive and continual growth.
I've studied and personally applied insights and practices from personal development, yoga therapy, positive physiology, neuroplasticity, and the science of habits.Â
I've used everything I've learned to successfully overcome anxiety and depression, get sober from alcohol and misuse of cannabis, navigate coming out as a gay woman in my mid-40s, leaving my husband of 20 years, and co-parenting teenagers, being an entrepreneur since 2010, and more.

Obstacles will arise from within you. Embrace them, one at a time, with compassion and patience so they can be catalysts for your growth. Or face them again. And again. Forever.
6. REFLECT ON YOUR GROWTH. Â
