Step 1 | CLARIFY YOUR TRUE DESIRES.
The first thing we'll do is to understand precisely what you want so we know where we're going. Together, we'll do a deep dive into your dreamest, best-case scenario for 12 areas of life, and by the end of this session, you'll feel immensely optimistic and energized.
Step 2 | ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR REALITY.
Once you know what you really want, we'll assess where you are right now and what's been preventing you from having what you want. We'll explore this essential step with compassion and wholehearted reverence for your path so far because it will show us the way forward.
Step 3 | DETERMINE YOUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.
Because meaningful shifts come from concentrated effort, we'll review and reflect on your starting point and dream circumstances for the 12 life areas, and clarify how your life will be affected by each. Together, we'll decide where to focus first for the most impact.
Step 4 | BUILD YOUR FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS.
At this point, we have a strong foundation for our work together and I have a clear sense of your strengths and opportunities for growth. We'll focus on the first area to build your skills which will include shifting the way you manage your mind and hold yourself accountable.
Step 5 | GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY.
As you practice showing up deliberately to use and refine your skills, we'll work together closely to adjust your path as you go. Obstacles will arise and I'll help you embrace them, one at a time, with compassion and patience so they can be catalysts for your growth.
Step 6 | REFLECT ON YOUR UPWARD SPIRAL.
At this stage in our work together, we'll review your journey and determine what's next. You may feel quite satisfied with your new way of being. You may want to continue having clear mirroring. I'll help you determine how to continue on your positive cycle of growth.
