I release the need to belong to anyone but my truest Self.

I welcome the vast freedom i’ve been feeling within me arising.

I release the fear of being alone and the illusion of separation.

I welcome the endless ripple of love given and received throughout life.

I release the grasping at anything that prevents me from knowing mySelf.

I welcome the breaking open of heartache and audacious dreams.

I release the ways in which i hold back and play small.

I welcome the depth of my inner knowing and bold love.

I release what was, what’s not for me, what i’m meant to transcend.

I welcome my whole, heart-led, soulful self.
